This page explains what happens to your information when you visit noinest.com or ask us to keep you posted. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

NoïNest is run by its founder, Jawad Bellamine, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, write to hello@noinest.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you give it to us in the form.
• Your agreement to receive news from us, with its date and time.

We do not ask for your name, your children's names or any other detail. This site uses no advertising, no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics.

Why we use it

Only to write to you about NoïNest: when our first creation is ready, and occasional news after that. We send a few messages only. We never sell or share your email for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

• Brevo (France, European Union) keeps our mailing list and sends our emails, including the email that asks you to confirm.
• Microsoft Azure hosts this website in its data centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Like any web host, it handles the technical data your browser sends when you open a page.

Your email address is therefore kept by Brevo in the European Union, under European data protection law; the website itself runs in the United Arab Emirates.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you do, we remove your email from our list within 30 days.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@noinest.com. We answer within 30 days.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
